1. Acceptance of Terms

Blueprint Building Services LLC is a roofing and solar services company registered in the State of Arizona. Our principal place of business is located at 4235 W Ina Rd #121, Tucson, AZ 85741. We hold Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) licenses #322635, #348865, and #349733.

3. Services Description

Blueprint Home Services provides roofing and solar energy services, including but not limited to: roof repair, roof replacement, tile roofing, shingle roofing, flat roof coatings, solar panel installation, solar panel maintenance and repair, solar panel Detach & Reset, storm damage inspections, and insurance claim assistance. All services are provided in accordance with applicable Arizona state and local building codes and regulations.

4. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Blueprint Home Services are free of charge and carry no obligation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Our price-locked guarantee means that the final price you pay will not exceed the amount stated in your signed estimate, provided the scope of work does not change. If additional work is discovered during the project (such as hidden structural damage), we will notify you and provide a revised estimate for your approval before proceeding with any additional work.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in the individual service agreement signed by the customer prior to commencement of work. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, and approved financing plans. For financed projects, terms are subject to the financing provider's agreement. Blueprint Home Services does not charge interest or fees beyond what is specified in the service agreement or financing terms.

6. Warranty Terms

Blueprint Home Services provides a 15-year workmanship warranty on all roofing installations and replacements. This warranty covers any defects or issues arising from the installation process, including but not limited to leaks caused by improper installation, flashing failures, and material adhesion issues attributable to workmanship. The workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by severe weather events, acts of nature, improper maintenance by the homeowner, or modifications made to the roof by third parties after installation.

In addition to our workmanship warranty, the roofing materials we install carry manufacturer warranties of up to 50 years, depending on the product selected. Manufacturer warranty terms, coverage, and claim procedures are governed by the respective manufacturer and are provided to the customer upon project completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Blueprint Building Services LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Blueprint Building Services LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of use, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

8. Insurance Claims

Blueprint Home Services provides assistance with insurance claims as a courtesy to our customers. We can document damage with photographs, provide detailed repair estimates, and communicate with insurance adjusters on your behalf. However, we are not an insurance company, insurance broker, or public adjuster. We do not guarantee insurance claim outcomes, coverage determinations, or payment amounts. The customer is ultimately responsible for their relationship with their insurance provider.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule a project at any time prior to the commencement of work without penalty, provided written notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. If materials have been ordered or delivered, the customer may be responsible for the cost of non-returnable materials. Once work has commenced, cancellation fees may apply based on the percentage of work completed and materials used.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Pima County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Pima County, Arizona. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees associated with the arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

Blueprint Building Services LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
